Privacy policy

Kraftonist Solutions is a collective of independent specialists, coordinated by Gaurav Barde from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For anything in this policy, write to support@kraftonistsol.com.

• Details you send through the contact form or by email — your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the brief.
• Project material you share during an engagement, which can include code, databases, documents and credentials.
• Basic analytics about how pages on this site are used, in aggregate.
• Records required for tax and contract purposes once an engagement starts.

• To reply to your enquiry and to scope the work.
• To deliver and support what you have engaged us to build.
• To raise invoices and meet Indian tax obligations.
• To understand which pages of this site are useful, in aggregate only.

Your details are never sold, never rented, and never added to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Everything you share stays confidential — your code, your databases, your commercial plans and your customers’ records. It is not published, not shared with anyone else, and never used to train or improve anything outside your own project.

Access is limited to the specialists actually assigned to your project, each of whom is bound by a confidentiality agreement with us and named to you before they start. We are happy to sign your NDA before the first technical conversation; if you do not have one, ours is available on request.

Only the service providers needed to operate, and only as far as they need: the cloud hosting provider, the email provider and accounting software. Each is bound by its own contract to protect it. Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for the engagement and for 8 years afterwards, which is what Indian tax and contract law requires. Analytics are retained for 14 months in aggregate form.

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work, plus privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will continue to work.

You can ask at any time to:

• Receive a copy of the personal data held about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Have your data deleted — nothing is kept beyond what the law obliges us to retain.
• Restrict or object to how it is used.
• Receive it in a portable format to take elsewhere.

Email support@kraftonistsol.com and you will have a response within 30 days.

Credentials are stored in a password manager, not in documents or chat. Access to client systems uses the narrowest permissions that will do the job, is granted per specialist rather than shared around, and is revoked when that person leaves the project. Project material lives in access-controlled storage, not on shared drives.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Anyone with an active engagement is told directly rather than left to notice.
